Support and safety
Contact Nyxaios LLC, based in Texas, USA, about a game, a player concern or your information. Open the email link, or copy the address into your email service.
Reports go to email. This is not live moderation or an emergency service, and we do not promise an immediate reply.
Report a player or room
Include the room code, approximate time and time zone, game, and a short description of what happened. An owl nickname can help distinguish players. Send only the details needed to understand the concern; do not send private room credentials, passwords, identity documents or a full room transcript.
You can leave a room if you are uncomfortable. Room safety lets any player hide another participant’s name and text on their own screen, including the host’s. Hosts can also lock invitations or remove a player. Private rooms are unlisted, but anyone who receives their code may try to join while invitations are open. Neither public nor private rooms verify another player’s identity.
For an immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Players under 18 can also ask a trusted adult for help. You do not need to stay in a room to report it.
What happens to a report
The owner reviews reports and may ask for a relevant missing detail. Possible actions include closing a room or investigating a game problem. Rooms and memberships are temporary; we may no longer have the room data, and we cannot promise to identify a player or recover their history. We do not share another player’s private information in a report response.
If you think an action or our response was mistaken, reply to the same email thread, explain what should be reviewed and include any relevant new detail. There is no separate automated appeal system or guarantee that a closed room can be restored.
Game help and content corrections
Include the game or page, what you expected, what happened, and your browser and device. For a daily puzzle or factual error, include the puzzle date and question. A source link can help us check a correction. Avoid screenshots containing other players’ personal information.
Privacy and younger players
For access, correction or deletion requests, say what information or correspondence you mean. Solo progress stays in your browser; clearing this site’s browser data removes those local records. We cannot look up a room membership by email because there are no player accounts.
If you believe someone under 13 has shared personal information, say that in your message and give only the room code or page and approximate time. Do not send a child’s identity document or exact date of birth. See the privacy options and complaint routes for more detail.
Accessibility
Tell us the page, what you tried to do and, if relevant, your browser, device and assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Our accessibility statement lists current limits.
Our conduct rules apply to owl names, game answers and all other shared content. The privacy page explains support correspondence separately from temporary game data.
